A variety of flow style classes, from fast paced strength and conditioning vinyasa classes to slower mindful movements to help you relax. I usually teach a strong and playful practice followed by slower poses to help you build deeper flexibility and relaxation.
Some classes are specifically for those who want to practice headstands and inversions.
Pregnancy and beginners classes also available.
